Any class, any time.
At OFC, there's no need to pre-register for classes. Join any class, even at the last minute. If you don't make it, no worries—we won't charge you. Our classes are guided by custom music that leads you through multiple 4-minute rounds of intense exercise, and our expert trainers are there to keep you focused and safe.
The perfect balance of strength and cardio.
All OFC facilities run 3 days a week of pure strength, and four days a week of cardio kickboxing that involves heavy bag training, speed bag training, and even a real boxing ring. Get ready to switch it up, because no two workouts are ever the same!
Expert trainers that do more than just man the front desk.
Two certified coaches are on the floor at all times to push you to your limits, and to keep you safe. You'll get a guided demo of each exercise, and a full warmup before every session. Myzone® heart rate tracking technology evens the playing field so that each workout is custom to you.
Large group training with a small group feel.
It's no fun to work out alone. Our unique training system encourages new relationships, camaraderie, and community by putting you through your circuit in small groups of 4-8 people for the full workout. Each OFC location encourages out-of-club group events and promotes member-to-member relationships. Accountability is the key to staying committed!
